Operating through strategic partnerships with Beccun Infrastructures Limited and Anshu Construction Company (India) Ltd, our portfolio encompasses 13+ completed projects spanning prime locations from Jubilee Hills and Himayatnagar to Kompally and Kondapur.

Mr. Ratan Prasad brings three decades of transformative leadership to L-ARP Infrastructure. A B.Tech Civil engineer by training and a visionary entrepreneur by calling, he has been the driving force behind every milestone the company has achieved.
With 28 years of hands-on expertise spanning residential, commercial, and mixed-use property development, Mr. Prasad's rare ability to unite strategic vision with ground-level execution has made him the keystone of the organisation. His stakeholders — clients, partners, and communities alike — consistently attest to his commitment: a promise made is a promise delivered.
Beyond technical acumen, it is his unique combination of energy, style, and principled leadership that defines his legacy. As the company's guide and mentor, he continues to inspire the next generation of professionals within L-ARP, ensuring that every project reflects the same standard of excellence he has championed throughout his career.

Holding an MBA with a deep grounding in socio-economic development, she brings a rare dual perspective to infrastructure — one that balances commercial rigour with a genuine commitment to community well-being.
As Director of L-ARP Infrastructure, she plays an integral role in shaping the company's strategic direction, championing projects that create lasting value for communities and stakeholders alike.
Her social impact work is equally compelling: Mrs. Padma Latha leads and funds an NGO dedicated to supplying clean, safe drinking water to underserved populations across the backward areas of Mahaboob Nagar district, Telangana — a mission that has touched thousands of lives and speaks to the values that run through everything L-ARP does.
